To publish an add for legal entities or authorized individuals you must choose one of the above options, and you will receive an invoice with a secure payment link provided by Wise via the email address provided. The add will be published within a maximum of 24 hours on working days, from the confirmation of payment.
Regulations! Reasons why an ad may be refused for publication:
– No phone number is specified
– Falls under the category of political advertising
– If the text contains vulgar remarks or remarks unrelated to the add
You can pay online with your personal card in complete safety.
No additional commission is charged for transactions.
Card data is processed exclusively on Wise servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Wise does not store your confidential card details, but sends them encrypted via a secure connection to the processing bank. This way, your information is safe.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in romanian lei or in euro, at your bank’s exchange rate, like you you choose.
Legal Notice
For card payments, the transaction will appear on your account statement under the name [Barbu Mircea Iuliu, NIE: Z3353344H].
The transaction can only be canceled before publication.
In case of cancellation, the issuing bank will unblock the amount blocked on the customer’s card within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
By making the payment, the customer will obtain the publication of the add approved by the administrator of Tirnaveni.ro.
There is no refund after the ad has been published. The only situation in which a refund is possible is if the ad has not been published because it violates the rules listed above.
Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Customers must have access to clear information regarding order cancellations, product returns, and refund procedures.
- Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order only before it has been published. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Returns: Customers have no right to return products after the order was published.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed if the order was not published in 3 days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
